If your family needs you urgently while you are doing an important task, how are you going to manage the situation?

If I will be in a particular situation like this, I would certainly know and examine the real situation where I am in. Then, I would endorse my current workload to someone whom I can trust and I know who can do it as instructed. Lastly, I will let my managers or leads know about it and go to my family. The reason why I'll do it is because a person cannot do his job well if his mind is not on it and thinking of something else, especially if it's about family.
