How does taxing rules affect export financing?

in my view it effect in mutual way buyer & seller ,

seller it effect in there cost for example we had in Egypt support fees for export to other company and government pay about %5 for exporters so we consider this support fees to decrease our cost and this causing also in our prices 

Buyer : the taxing rules in some country may effect in buying decision , for example as iam a buyer i look for price and quality and when i take decision i though about which country can get less import tax
