Restaurants - Delight the palate of guests and ensure guests turn to patrons and ensure maximum sales.

 

Critical in hospitality is to avoid any negative information or rumors and keeping a clean channel of communication which would ensure accountability and responsibilty which ensures a positive environment along with hunger for growth and success.

Good communication between the chain of organization and each one should be able to understand their own specific roles based on their capabilies and blend it wiithin the team by covering up and filling the weakness of the others.

Respect for ones authority,race,gender,opinion, religion, negative and positive traits are most likely to be considered.

Living TRUST - ensuring your team that you have accomplised your task or may have done something, without even bothering to follow up on you.

Positive attitude,co-ordaination and support from seniors

God bless you for respecting my experience and chosing me for a respondent... Its fairly simple... get to know them ... conduct a strength and weakness analysis for each one . Take notes if you have to ( I never did) assign their responsibilities according to the result of your analysis and set goals for each one.. to cater to productivity you would have to assist them to manage their weakness, this practice will assist your team in progressing towards their individual goal and will give birth to a synergy... ever person either super smart or the not very supersmart.. has to be appreciated according to the task assigned with equality and justice... and remember logic is your only key! And always remind you self personal favouritism is the blood sucking tick for your team building.. avoide it !
