Please advise How I can do update for my CV ?

1. Select good format for your CV

2. Updat your knowledge, skill and experience.

3. Add key words in your CV.

4. Write it to the point and clear what actually you do.

Always be updated about the Frame of wrtting C.V. , then write in it what you really do in order to be ready when any one ask anything about it never try to be some one else.

1)      Ask yourself if resume still relevant to your current career goal. If it's not, delete it so you can build on more current  accomplishments that will further your career.

2.    If that last position is still somewhat relevant, edit it down. The very first position you held should get the least amount of attention.

3.    Make attention toward your current job. Update any new projects or accomplishments that have occurred over the last year.

4.    Even if it's not a promotion, just include anything from [the past year] that can be added to it.

5.    Give update and current information  a new look.

6.    Have a Word/PDF of your resume if PDF it  implies a little more technical savvy on your part.

Easiest way to get started is to pick up a nice template and customize it with your information. Read, re-read and fine-tune.
