There are variety of fungi which cause similar type of bacterial infection their difference can only be determined by going through isolation, identification , characterization and at the end cultural sentitivity. sometimes there are fungal spp. that is difficult to differenciate in this case Dr prescribe broad spectrum antibiotic first.
