What kind of support should families and others provide to the unemployed?

Whereas they need to be supported, understood, and re-empowered, some jobless people are unbearbly pressured, stressed, and even abused by family memebrs and others due to being jobless. They are constantly and relentlessly pushed and nagged to land a job as soon as possible. What advice do you have for the support of the unemployed?

This is a harsh reality that most of the people face in their life. Family should support and motivate the unemployed and help the individual financially / morally whatever is possible. This will bring a lot of peace of mind and helps him get a job soon.

In my opinion, they should give both, financial support and mentally support. An unemployed person who isn't supported may faced other difficulties

Shoaib Rehman's point is indeed very true particularly for the types of culture which exists in Africa and south East Asian countries. Its definitely true  and I agree  with him. It almost feels like a strong bad spirits, all of a sudden your great values just drops to nothing, and you come to note that life isn't the same thing it used to be. This must change, families should always love one another, care and stand for each other for better or worse. I don't think there is anyone who would like to fail in life. If it happens, then the best thing  to go with is that, "you have got to learn how to fall before  you can walk" so again,  failing is not the end of the worl,  but a lesson to learn, and from the mistakes you shall have a better answers to success. So live positively with the family always backing each other for better or worse.
