How could you export map Info drawing to Auto cad Application?

I am working in an Electrical Industry here in Saudi Arabia as a an Autocad Operator for more than3 years now

You would not be able to use the Mapinfo file directly to Plane AutoCAD. If you can use the AutoCAD Map3D or AutoCAD Civil3D then you will be able to import the .SHP file.
