Typically, in a work setting, every working individual belongs to a team where a group of members work together with similar functions and work description, though not necessarily similar in interests.
Also, individuals in a team generate a collaborative effort to achieve common goals, and may need to give up individual autonomy in order to attain those goals. here are some simple steps to make relationship better within a team
Employ active listening techniques.
Allow for open communication.
Be respectful of yourself and others.
Be willing to compromise.
Get to know your co-workers on a personal level.

Relationships can often seem like fragile things especially in the workplace where they are often built and destroyed by the actions we take.
Develop a culture whereby people can express their feelings

Divide the work based on the individual strength.

Praise them in open but alwys highlight the improvment area in person.
Arrange short breaks in form of party's.

Few ways a manager can build good relations within the team:
1. Create an environment where individuals suggestios/ideas/concerns are heard and valued.
2. Have regular communications (team meetings, one-o-one meetings)

- Listen to thier needs and continuously measure their satisfaction
- Identify each team memebr motivators and work with HR to meet those within the company's capacities
