You can use customer feedback form(the one's you supply your food), customer are the best judges of performance.Their comments will be very beneficial.Food expert can give their opinons.You can serve sample to general public, and ask their comments.

Quality objectives should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achieable, realstic and time bounded) may be

  1. Develop system to measure customer satifaction by the end of Aug,14 (if there is no system)
  2. Improve customer satisfaction by20% till Aug,14 (If there is customer satisfaction system already available)
  3. To develop a system to measure training effectiveness by the end of2014
  4. To improve the hygiene of the kitchen, by giving them training on food hygiene.in2014
  5. All recipes and procedures shall be documented to maintain quality in operation by the end of2014.
  6. all other relevant objectives you want to do.
