Many employees get angry because their right was in dangerous.
Once this happens I as a leader try to calm down him/her. And when he/she becomes in a suitable mood to talk I'll ask about the reason.
- If the reason deserves all of that, I'll take it easy for only one time and in a warining way mixed with a smile on my face warn him/her not to be angry again otherwise ....
- If the reason doesn't deserve. My reaction will hit him/her too bad.
I'd like to say, the use of punishment at first at every situation is a wrong cure and let the problem gets bigger.
Your personality as a good leader should be the dominate at every situation especially at situations like those.
Much of wisdom at leadership gain you a lot..
KEEP HIM CALM FIRST THEN LISTEN HIS PROBLEM,,, ANGRY MAN ALWAYS GO INTO ARGUMENTS.
Such behaviour is not acceptable in our organization ! When incidents are happening, investigation is required, follow up by taking the necesary disciplinary action!
