Also called Cause and Effect Diagram, is it used to capture graphically  causes of product, process or service variations. It is a brainstorming techique that help visually displaying the many potential causes for a specific problem or effect.

Fishbone diagram is very effective way to analys any problem collecting all possible causes and sub- causes that lead to this problem or to eleiminate.

I totally agree with  Mr. Mohammad Iqbal Abubaker  that this method is very benficial for brainstorming and generating lots of reasons and thier result on applying or elminating them at the final case.
