How we can improve safety concept for Egyptian Technicians?

  Acknowledge the interest to publish videos - TV-like advertisements - which are based search citizens on the basis of safety and health in various fields, also provide courses and workshops in Egyptian universities and schools as well, and increase training center specialized in safety and health in various governorates of the republic.

Implement a beahaviour based safety system which is a no name,no blame system and it assists employees to observe there co-workers and in this way employees understand that safety is there responsibility and also employees acknowledge that there peers are trying to make them understand that they should follow the company procedures and there will also be a opportunity for them the question the system to make changes that will be reasonably practicable for people on the floor.I have implemented this system in a BHP Billiton company and the system proved a good safety culture change.
