WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DRAFTSMAN & ARCHITECT?

Draftsman prepare the drawings for any service. for example Architectural , Structural or other kind of Drawings and he follow the Engineers and Architects but an Architect is the designer of the Buildings. Architect create the building design and Engineers & Draftsmen follow him for his design so Architect is mastermind of any building design. 

Draftsman is not cirtified engineer he is a cad operator 

Architect is an engineer 

Draftsman, put on formal paper the project that Architec think and development. They are the principal support to Architecs and Engineers.

the draftsman usually makes the draft but the architect makes the design and built.

Architect is the fully liable in term of architectural-building design etc.. While the draftsman is only

under supervision of the architect.     

Draftsman works according to instructions of Engineer were as Architect comes up with his own design concepts and works individually

like leader and thier stuff arch engineer can design the bulding and drafts man draws it (achiefe my mind)

DRAFTSMAN: The main function & Objectives for DRAFTSMEN / DRAFTSMAN is to give assistance in Drafting/Drawing Concepts for what Engineers & Architects needs or it can be a Foreman to the Engineers & Architects Projects.

Draftsmen can only help you in the making of drawings of any kind or service. On the other hand an Architect is the designer of the drawing and he is the main brain behind the drawing.

In my honest opinion, Draftsman are those who "draft" those who put/encode the Architects Design into proper workable drawing. They can be any person graduated in any computer course and knows how to read plans, drawings and can use Autocad and other technical Software. While an Architect is someone who studied Architecture, and is able to create his own designs using the theories he learned combined with his imagination and art in creating something simple into something that iis aesthetically pleasing and functional at the same time. Architect nowadays knows how to be a draftsperson as well.
