yes they should
No, I'm not in favour of this. As a matter of fact, I'm often amazed at the messages roaming around of people being hired or fired because of a piece of info, like or comment on a social profile. Online behavior is still is far from being a100% accurate reflection of true human behavior. And the social media landscape may still be free of strict privacy regulations, but it is not an excuse for peeking into one's photo album or diary without consent, let alone basing ground decision on such "wrongfully obtained infromation".
When it comes to company profile it's a different story. Also, companies can always restrict the use of social media during working hours, for obvious reasons, but that too is a different story.
it seems unethical, Yet the social media profile awareness of a company is massively important, if your employees are aware of how your Social Media should be presented they will participate. more activities should be done to make employees engage with a company social media profile development.
Big (( NO )) personaly i worked in company like that and my fiernds make a lots of ways to waste their times as the boards thinks they now managing the stuff100% , also how can i don't trust my stuff and hier them , also they are many ways of control without make any employe have feeling of being watched, also they are some girls and womens work , what if any women make action without take care then its recoreded and some body watch that? or even wear short skirt ?

No, never
It's personal and the company dosn't own the employee personal life!
It will be according the company internal policy and environment, But I strongly disagree to monitor anything related to the employees personal life.
i think its quite personal thing,,, NO
Dear Bader Mustafa ,first of all this matter is not related to directly comapny concern, but at the time of evolution of perfomerance of their employees the company maybe monitor but dear ethically this is not possible.
