from i have noticed in the last two years of middle east job hunting,higher end position usually are filled from within the company,rival companies ,through personal high end connections,and lastly by foreign head hunting service providers.
if you are not really connected you have a big challenge ahead that is why we turn into consulting,freelance work,or even starting our own small business or if you can afford it early retirement.
