What kind of teaching method do you like, write qualities of that method?

With extreme respect , I have total disagreement to the traditional teaching technique.I have my comment being backed by a logical justification that as everything changed so does the "Mannerism" to teach. In contemporary education system , a teacher should make a class , an interactive ambiance and not a compulsion based prolonged Boredom.More importantly , a teacher has to seek ideas from students ,rather then spoon feeding and thus imposing his own.Don't think it will pose a threat to your competence , but rather a laurel in future , when your students will get distinguished from the crowd of all spoon fed , and who knows some may turn a "prodigy". Unlike traditional systems , the teacher has to minimize the barriers as they used to exist. Because whether you accept it or not , today's students cannot be kept in forced shackles of  fear. Try to exchange ideas and make the students feel that nobody is a teacher , we are all here in a phase of learning that is eternal...Conclusively it is of no doubt  that teacher holds the most important position in a students life. A  sheath anchor  that anchors a student's academic and overall development...
