that was an issue for me6 years ago till i found out that the simplest way is the most effective one.
all governmental institutions has an info board available for public but the problem that they doesn't promot it like private sector do, so alll you need to do and no matter where you are just go directly to the ministry, chamber, bearau, Etc that you think it is related to your projec industry and ask face to face, trust me ... you will be surprised from the result, just move from behind the office a little bit :)
