This is a tough decision, both qualifications and experience are important when it comes to hire new staff. Recruiters prefer to hire people with a good balanced CV. Having both education and experience shows employers that you are an experienced mature individual.

Demand less salary means he or she is not a capable candidate to carry out the organizational goals and objectives. On the other hand, more experience irrelevant field means that he or is not fit for the position.
