This is a tough decision, both qualifications and experience are important when it comes to hire new staff. Recruiters prefer to hire people with a good balanced CV. Having both education and experience shows employers that you are an experienced mature individual.

Demand less salary means he or she is not a capable candidate to carry out the organizational goals and objectives. On the other hand, more experience irrelevant field means that he or is not fit for the position. However, less experience with relevant degree will be a perfect candidate if this position has not required more experience.
