Do you see any difference in the duties/functions of Document Controller and Record Keeper? Please explain.

There are not much difference between Document Controller and Record Keeping Because if you are Responsible for Documents Control then you are also responsible for the Documents Record 

The Document Controller duties is to check the incoming and outgoing delivery receipt , while the record keeper is to keep the record for inventory and record purposes.
