m agreed with arinjay,,, every company is there to earn profits thats the bitter truth i have experienced over the years working for lot of business man. but any ways some have core values and to some extent follow that,,, others do not have any values at all,,, yes they may have written many soft things on company profiles .

Allow me to say that the core values of an organizations come1st from it's owner, what he believes and sees, so if you are searching for good lines to add that will not help it need to come from deep down inside you.
I am building an organization at the moment and i will tell you my philosophy and values.
