If you have a booklet type design, what is the proper way of preparing and converting InDesign file to PDF file in preparation for printing?

In Booklet/Magazine Creation Project, many students overlooked these steps when converting InDesign layout to PDF file that delayed them in printing and submitting their projects. In a booklet type design, page numbering is a bit of a headache for a beginner (this happened to me also before).

Like this one:

We usually export page from bookcover, page1, page2... etc.

But some printers doesnt have capabilities yet to automatically arrange the pages like the sample above, However there is a nifty tool in Indesign. FILE>PRINT BOOKLET. And it will magically arrange the pages for you without hassle.

By making a Pre-flight Package. In InDesign, just go to File menu and then scroll down till you find Package, then press on it and revise everything related to your work and then proceed on.
