Being able to measure the impact of the subject matter. The tricky part is that in most cases subjects have many impacts and we have to make sure that we measure the impact we objectivley want to manage.

Having a metric to measure things by: performance, quality, quantity; is a great way to see how things are going, who is achieving, and who needs mentoring/help/time to practice.

Measurability; it should contains A certain varities of concern:
Quality; (an essential and distinguishing attribute of something or someone)
Ratability ; (the quality of being capable of being rated or estimated)
Scalability ; the quality of being scalable)
It mean I have skill to the change the world
Evaluate their performance and all the staff and know Matrade
