The3 are essential for success. Formulating Strategy then the processes with implementing the strategy. At the end we select the best people who will follow the processes and implement the strategy

Key recipe for success is Product, Price, Place & Promotion and of course people..

Process & strategy can be executed in each specialization level to take it to next level and to delight customer for brand building to take it to great heights.

If product doesn't support you though we have best of the manpower we cannot proceed but can stretch to a level, the product will be people dependent rather than product strength. If the guy leaves we donot have any option..Similarly PricIng & promotion will help to reach the heights of success
