How come Taiwan has "Acer" and India still has no computer brand while a world leader in IT knowledge?

because since1978 and Indea doesn't honor Intellectual Property Rights agreements which make it an un-attractive investment destination for brands, but if you need my openion, i do respect this move from Indea otherwise they would be slaved by many International tycoons.

Working in the ITES sector for the past10 years my opinion is there are few successful SEZs for the production sector. Special Economic Zones have been created for the IT sector whare labour lawas and trade unions do not work.

If there are Sezs for computer hardware then I think computer hardware brands from India wuld come up.
