What is the number one quality a teacher needs to possess?

Patience

Sense of humor

Endurance

Knowledge

Cynicism

I prefer dedication in a teacher while appointing him/ her. Reason behind it is the fact that if you are dedicated to your task then nothing could stop you from learning essentials of that task. On the other hand if you don't have dedication towards your job then you are like a blind who has a simple excuse that I can't see.

A degree of INTELLIGENCE without it there is NOTHING! I'm not suggesting having the ability to split the atom but to rather:

Have the intelligence to understand and adopt ALL the qualities required to become a teacher.

dutiful with his work.

Patience.

The love of her work and job.
