I will prefer to a fluent speaker because in sales and marketing field persons if are not fluent speaker than they will be fail to get market result's
A Fluent speaker and a Good writer are having its own importance, but as far as my concern, I prefer a fluent speaker, because a fluent speaker can let you know the latest updates, techniques, resources, career and conselling, and always one can understand fast by listening in place of reading.
Being a good speaker is great & bring a good writer is great too, but i would rather chose to be a moderate speaker & moderate writer to stand a better chance of showcasing my abilities. If an opportunity comes to write, with my moderacy to write, i can be able to write up something reasonable. If an opportunity comes up to speak, i can be to speak up something reasonable.Therefore, if any opportunity to write or speak comes up, i would stand a better chance to showcase my abilities
