How do you calculate for cabling rate if there is only 1 or 2 rates reference for each cable, and there is still many cabling type to be budgetted.

i will follow many ways in different steps:

first i will calculate for that cabling which i have reference

and for remaining cabling i can make query for who responsible about that project or can find same project with same specification and reference
