Let us verify the wording in your question ...

Are yhou asking about "creation in work"  or "creativity in work"  ??  

 

These are two different things

 

  1. Creation in work .... is a normal thing as you take something in a specific form (input), work on it, and  create something else out of it (output)
  2. Creativity in work  ...is being able to come up with something else/different/new in the work process itself that makes it better, easier, more productive, less errors/defects,  ... etc

Kindly clarify what you want before proceeding in the discussion

Creativity is to develop something new, previously unknown and could therefore essentially Transcranial physically and then mentally and should be kept to the people and their creators

Creativity is the process of bringing something new into being..

 

Here are some ways to improve creativity at work:

 

1. Recognise that every product, every service, every method and every aspect of your job can be done differently and better. 

 

2. Ask people. Ask customers what problems and issues they have with your products or services. Ask suppliers for ideas for cost savings and quality improvements. Ask colleagues in other departments what could be improved. People in other places have other viewpoints and can see problems, gaps and opportunities. 

 

3. Run regular brainstorms. A well-facilitated ideation session or brainstorm with a diverse team will generate plenty of great ideas for any business challenge. You should hold them often with your team (and a sprinkling of provocative outsiders) to tackle the issues that are crying out for fresh approaches.

 

4. Look far outside. How do other organizations in different fields tackle the sorts of challenges that you face? 

 

5. Discuss with your boss. Find out what his or her big issues are. What is the corporate strategy? Maybe you can contribute a few ideas of your own which will help your manager or the company at large. Talk about the challenges and your proposals and suggestions. Show that you are a positive contributor of ideas.

 

6. Build prototypes. Show people how the idea would work in practice with a mock-up or a prototype. Ask for their input and ideas.

 

7. Change your attitude to failure. If everything you try works then you are not being bold enough.  Innovation involves trying some things that don’t work. Treat each failure as a learning opportunity.

Healthy work environment.

Availability of high level technology.

Continuous support to employees in case they need maybe books or technology.

Continuous meetings and brainstorming of ideas.

Continuous translation of ideas and creativity into actions and not only words and meetings.

Bonuses to employees who present creative ideas.

Continuous training sessions whether locally or abroad.

Continuous participation in workshops whether locally or abroad.

Creativity in work comes from creative people, but also from people allowed to be creative by their bosses.  When someone puts faith in you and allows you to try, and sometimes fail, you feel you can be creative without worrying about losing your job and reputation.

 In addition to the analysis given by colleagues, creativity is qualitative or quantitative and it's  divine talent does not exist in many of the humans 

But it can motivate employees to bring out what they own of creations
