I would say language and culture barriers should be the top challenges in marketing specially with a diverse and multicultural consumer market as your target.

2. New Technologies which reduces the cost of production substantially so that the investments in capital assets are becoming worthless.

3.New alternatives (Eg. Photo films are replaced by digital world)

5.Duplication of Products with less scope for identification.
