What does it mean create order out of chaos?

Chaos has a pattern. All you need to do is find that pattern and in that way you can create order out of disorder. For example, modernist writings are fragmented; there is no order in them. On the contrary, they are characterized by chaos . But the latter has its own pattern. Some modernist writers such as James Joyce created pattern through the use of myths, metaphors, symbols, ...The recurrent use of these devices created order by the end of the day. And therefore, in every chaotic production, one can trace order.
