Good Day Zafar!!!

If here Super Hero means an ideal employee, than its a yes. Its human psychology to find the best for them, and i take it positively.

Every Employer has the right to find out the best candidate among the available lot. Problems arises when employer (HR) makes a hiring mistake. To avoid it, employers should arrange group interviews instead of one2one to find the right candidate for them.

I highly agree with evryone..if the term "superhero"refers to the ideal person or personnel. For some they call it key person who are capable of fixing, making it right, enhancing and leading the team to resolve critical issues and situations within and/or whole organization.

A combination of well educated, trained specialties and experienced individuals.

A good question. The answer is yes but companies fail to realize they are dealing with humans and not supernaturals. There is no guarantee that the person coming on board even with all his contacts and resources will be able to deliver results from day one. There could be many factors that could affect this like maybe his previous patented customers are patented customers of his previous company only and do not want to deal with his new company. Hence the probation period comes into play to test the performance. In this probation period if he does not deliver then the company has a right to terminate his services. Without giving a fair chance you cannot blame anyone and superheroes only exist in fantasy not in reality. If such would have been the case then we would have got heaven on earth but heaven is still where it is so it just shows that we are normal human beings.

It depends on the job you want to fill and the stauts the comppany is in. No one will will hire a CEO to train him/her, no onr will hire a super hiro for an entry job. I think everyone will do his best to hire the best affordable candidate for the subject job

Nothing wrong with that, no one want imperfect things. They hire you to make money and you work for them to get money.

you, i and everyone wants to be super hero in life then why not they look for it.
