What do you want out of your career short-range?

Dear Fadi,

As you know that nobody wants to see a short range career and day by day long term career has been reduced due to donor wants to support short range activities. For example, if anyone works in short term projects, they feel anxiety as same I. As we work for development field, our job will be for short term because donors are not interested for a long term projects.

I want my career long-term

Everything I can get....I want it.

In career I am planning to move at next level and to share my experience with HR fraternity either through bayt platform or via visiting faculty and I am about to appear in MS aptitude test next month to have much research based academics other than Master’s in HR. Its seems tough and time consuming with loads of energy but this is high time for such developmental steps! Do pray!
