Every person can stand strong in his comfort zone but all fall when they face a challenge that pull them away from their comfort zone, that's why you only measure a character in a disaster situation with huge pressure.

Well my answer is not only for men , its for women also , as the wise statement says , don't judge abook by its cover , i say dont judge poeple without testing their abilities , and this is additional note that every successful manager knows , .... every personalitiy has its strong and weak spots , so as a manager you have to aplly the right pressure in the right direction to explode the posetive gift of your flock in the direction you want it  , may be some positions need certain gifts , as a leader you have to be corageus , you have to be a pressure bearing metal , but also i can assure that you can always teach by example and enhance your crew abilities , leading is hard but feels like heaven for people who are self denying and responsibility carrying ,... thats all in mind now,.. thank you all
