If I am going to make one choice only, it will be  "PEOPLE" and with the right people in the right positions wiht the right roles, everything else may come eventually ... But if other things are there and the right level of people are not there, then ... what ?

In my opinion fortune500 companies are the result of combination of :

Perfect peoples who founded perfect organization and have perfect resources and have perfect processes to apporach market and satisfy that in perfect manner.

So Perfection in every aspects makes the fortune company
