How the PMP (Project Management Professional ) Certificate with Experience will affect positive in Work ? Or the Experience only is the Government?

Certifcation validates the calimed experience and enables you to pass the electronic search, but experience is what gets the jobs done effectively and effeceintly.

Thanks Mr. Assalamu but in Cost Division in PMP teach HOw to  to measure some Very Important Issues for Control the Project like Cost Performance Baseline and earned Value Managemt, etc

the Status report should compare with Baseline to govern this process so the PMP is Basic very Important government for any Project not Only

I see no reason to assume that PMP is only for government

As a project manager, you can benefit from PMP in your work by introducing kick-off meetings, implementing rolling-wave planning, having a risk methodology, improving your status reports based on PMP Communications Mgmt, etc
