Yes.I agree,because inequality damage my country every day..an I feel it and it's effects is clear  on the performance of every domestic products which affect the rate of inflation directly..thus unqualified employee or labor who is hired according to some biases of course he will not give the same productivity of qualified one's.

But we need to practice some control to  keep the competition within positive and healthy limits
