- Give them a call, have a chit chat with them and share a bit about upcoming opportunity with your firm.

Sorry I do not like this idea if all of them are not going to get selected. I think it is a better idea to get cozy only after you take them abroad. Otherwise the person who is not selected would have a bad feeling towards the co and can get viral in the social media.

Give them good impression about the company and keep posting them about new services and new job apportunity through send e-mails regularly
Search on social media and contact them without telling them that you are a recuiter.
