yes, it is routine in every organisation to give KINGSHIP to customers but hardly they look into employees with that spirit.

Absolutely correct. Unfortunately companies do not realize the value of employees to the company, and give importance only to clients and whoever are directly involved in generating revenues. However, without employees/people companies cannot achieve success. So, organizations' attitude should be "People first, company next"...

You can witness those corporates, who believes in professional relationships both internal and external are more flourishing and people love to work for them as well as love to have business relationship with them.

That is a fact if theemployees are not satifiesd and feel they are not part of the organisation how sure are you that they will consider the customers?
