Better supervising or management - Both of them man and women their own way

When it comes to planning, organizing and putting in place controls, we know that men are able and I think it is fair to say that women have proven themselves capable as well.

It doesn't depend on the sex, it depends on the person. Managers need to have an attitude of I don't care what my employees think about me, because whatever you do, you will not be able to please all your employees.

Gender has nothing to do with the better manager.

:: Just like women can drive, can read maps, can work in the army, can compete with men on every level and defy every other myth that you have heard of. In the same way, women are equally capable of being good mangers

This could be a controversial debate but I can simplify it as has been mentioned.
Both Men and Women can be good managers.
Women can be very good managers for male teams.
Men can be very good managers for female teams.
Problems can arise when women manage women, just as when can happen when men manage men.
Men can have their disagreements but tend to be able to move on and carry on as if nothing happened.
Women managing women is a delicate issue and is more than about managing but keeping respectfully aware of women's lives and other commitments.
Women can hold grudges and it can get in the way of working relationships and take a little longer for 'normality' in working relationships.

In our times now, most of the time gender doesnot matter..
both women and men can be good managers and it all depend on the personality and experience.
but in my opinion in big teams were there is always a supervisor and a manager, it would be better to have a female manager with a male supervisor or the opposite, I mean the combination of both can be very successful in managing teams.

The workplace continues to be a dynamic, ever-changing environment.  Companies need to recognize that what worked ten years ago in management may not work so well today.  Good management is essential for starting a business, growing a business and maintaining the health and well-being of a business.  So to answer the question, “Who makes a better manager?” we should first look at what we are measuring.  Management is defined as planning, organizing for optimal efficiency and effectiveness, leading and motivating employees, and putting in place controls to make sure plans are followed and goals are met.

When it comes to planning, organizing and putting in place controls, we know that men are able and I think it is fair to say that women have proven themselves capable as well.

A man! It's not that women can't take better decision.
We can make decision and sometimes far better than a man can do.
We can lead a nation or even lead a war! We are strong enough to break a man's heart but we are design to follow a man and heed his command.
By our emotion we can influence a man's decision.
In every man's success there's a woman behind it.

Both men as well as women can be equally good supervisors or managers. It mainly depends on the individual personality and also is a matter of likes and dislikes. However, it is absolutely essential to have a feeling of detachment from personal attitudes to carry out a given task successfully.

Goal matters and intention to complete the given task and reaching the goal is what is a win for the Man or Woman

I don't think its a battle.
its more to do with accepting the fact that women sometimes not so good with leadership.
Women do more when they set behind a desk and play around with flying routine papers.
On the other side men have this gift of being able to at things from different angles.
Especially when it comes at supervision role.
