Do not stop learning, a leader is a learner.

To the young/old ones, including myself: Be the master of your destiny and captain of your soul, do not let mediocre minds put you down with their scrutiny and belittle your goal. From while to while relief yourself, work out & have sigh, dream a lot, wake up on time, spread your wings and fly. Be true to yourselves and don't let books rot untouched on your shelves. Take bold steps, reach out for help, seek all kinds of knowledge & don't let your passions die. Aim high, and remember that no fist is big enough to hide the sky.
