"THE BIGGER THE DREAM THE MORE IMPORTANT THE TEAM" This is a simple phrase, but do we follow at every point of our actions ?

Apart the discussions and books we read and do, do you think the above mentioned phrase is the basic need of any successful business no matter small or large.

Not really, not accurately, and not all the time .

Sometimes, dreams remain dreams completely disconnected from reality.  This is mainly due to 'disengagement" and "lack of commitment" to work on the dreams to turn them into reality.

Another reason for this may be the "management style" and its failure to recognize the embedded capabilities in the team,  lack of confidence in their motives and intentions, decline giving them authority/empowerment, ,, and things like that !

More, I noticed that peple (including management, leaders, decision makers ...)  are more driven by their PAIN issues than by their GAIN issues.

This is simnilar to people acting on urgent things and giving urgent items more attention/priority even if such urgent items are not really that important ...  These same people may leave important things (such as dreams and Gain issues) to act on urgent but not important things (ike real world issues and pain issues in general)

BIG TIME (irrespective of the size). Effective planning and execution followup is a must.

I feel irrespective of the size of the dream TEAM is very important. Without a good team nothing big can be achieved. In Team the work gets divided whereas the success gets multipled.
