Customer Service industry interests, me are there courses available to ensure I transfer my skills and build on new ones for the local job market?

I am handle all the problem related to customer complain regarding to the improper figment of product in to OE component. 

Regarding my resume, i have an experience of customer handling also i faced huge customers of sales products .

In my own opinion base on my experienced as sales representative and as a visual merchandiser,its already in your self to develop on how to do customer service,hence,the employee must also undergo some training and briefing to get more ideas and opinions on how to deal different customer's.

It also help the iniative way of thinking in dealing people.
