Interactive marketing is thebest media to better customer relations.

Let me give my own example. When I am looking for a job I expect the emails sent to me by the job websites alsohave the email address where I can interact with them.

I would not like a do not reply email sent to me because I am unable to interact with them. If I send a mail to a no reply address I would get a demon mailer and would go for another job site that is more customer friendly.

Also I would prefer a job webside that is interactive , ie it has options  to create alerts about my job preferences , so that when the jobs appear on the site an alert email goes to my address.

Hence when the marketing media is interactive it leads to better customer retention which is the main aim of customer relations.

They no longer need to go stores to see the products and to talk with sales people. Over the Internet, consumers can access a vast amount of product information, view images and test different product variations, as well as interact with other brand users.

Interactivity is likely to positively moderate the effects of brand communication on CONSUMER LOYALTY by increasing the number of brand contacts and time spent with the brand. Similarly, interactivity can enhance customers service perceptions and bring more value because customers have better tools and options to control, get help in problematic solutions, and to modify their service profiles.
