I think a hybrid class is when you are doing lessons in a mainstream class,face to face with your tutor,teacher or instructor.An online class is when you do it through some media,computer,PC or on skype.
hybird class means regular class system,,, online means through internet.
I think the definition of hybrid: blended is general and applies everywhere.
