Can anyone help me on writing SOC outsourcing Proposal?

In addition to Michael's comment, what kind of help are you looking for? A structure, perhaps, or an actual proposal. It would be easier to help if I knew the scope of work.

Yes SOC is a Security Operation Center. the client needs a proposal on outsourcing the Staff for managing the Security option center24/7/365. It is same like outsourcing IT Services, I need help in write up. what i have to write in structure of proposal and also if you can help me in technical writeup. I hope this will clear both Micheal and Karishma queries.
