What is your opinion about WEEKLY HOLIDAYS ? 1. ONE DAY/WEEK 2.TWO DAYS LONG WEEK END

2 days will be good for one great night :)

It Depends Upon Nature Of Work, if the company staff hav to work for  6-8hrs then weekly1 off will be fair enough, and if   the condition is9-12hrs then they deseerve2 days full long weekends.. :)

I will give my opinion about enjoying a week end  which should be2 days a week with48-52 hours work per week that is8-8.5hrs per day.

2 days weekend should be ideal so that everyone can achieve a balance between a work life and personal life.

2 Days for relax and family time keeps your employees happy and more productive . increse one hr in daily working time.
