What are the things one considers before making a purchase from an online retail store?

Every time I make a purchase

1- If the seller has a good ratings

2- If the item is actually what the title says, as the description may unveils other wise.

3- If the item will be handled and packaged properly.

4- If it will be shipped and received on time.

5- If there are customs that needed to be paid.

6- If they offer refunds and read their return policy.
