What is the MICRO and macro marketing environment?!

Macro and micro environment are terms used in economics. macroenvironment is the study of factors, external to a company that affect it.  these factors include:

Political, Economical, Socio-cultural, Technological, Legal and Environmental.

The micro environment are the factors within a company that directly affect it and can be controlled. these include its competitors, intermediaries, suppliers, buyers, shareholders etc.
