Yes it can be a mistake , we had to be adoptive and quick learner. We should stick with some successful relevant traits not all and learn from past mistakes you made.
Doing same thing ll not be successful even on same job for long term.
Becuase this bound you within the limits of your past experience or working style and do not make you to learn the new skills or working style needed for new jobs.
Only if these things failed you in your previous job. If not, you may need to modify your tactics and wnsure that whatever you do is aligned to the stategies of the new company.
THATS TRUE,,, NEW DAY ,, NEW GROUND ,,, NEW GAME PLAN but keep your last game mistakes in mind and PLAY YOUR NATURAL GAME.
Your past job experience should help you tell what is right or wrong to do. Your experience is part of your wealth of know-how and do-how. Even if you failed or did mistakes in your last job, you must have learned something. You must have learned what works and what does not work. That is why experience counts. I also have the same points of view stated in the answers of Mr. Mohammad Aslam and Mr. Nasir Hussainr.
Yes, this is right, Usually changing our methadology in general will bring new & nice opportunities.
NEW JOB
NEW PLAN
NEW IDEAS
New Mind
Evolution for the better
Every new position has it new challenges and expectations, you can follow the accepted procedure set by your company, but always be up to the challenge.
strive for excellence and position yourself with the right strategy and outlook.
It depends, you may or may not it depends type of job you are being deployed to execute. Consider the case of a Project Manager who has just successfully completed one construction project. If the same PM moved to another company to do another construction project you can succeed apply the same project management process procedures tools and techniques. Although the challenge and complexities could be different but with right attitude you can still succeed. There is only one way to succeed and that is the right attitude, if you use right attitude you can always succeed no matter where you go.
Good Day!!!
If you are in a same role as you were in previous successful job, than YES.
If you are in a different role as compared to your previous job, than MAY BE
If you are in a same role as you were in previous un-successful job, and you are implementing the same skills than its a BLUNDER rather than a MISTAKE.
We learn a lot during our career, and yes we do learn more from our mistake and become skillful in certain aspects. So whenever we get a new chance to prove ourselves, we should have a confidence to be succeded in a new role by using our skills intelligently.
