Yes, almost every Institute conduct this practice just after the session. By doing this action the concerned institution will be able to make more ipmpressive of their training by adopting the positive feed back. Only the professional and interested trainee can give positive feed back with clear approach and it must be reviewed sincerely.

For post training feed back, we prepared a "Post training Feed Back Form", where each trainee given feed back and remarks about training and answered questions what they learned during training session.

Yes I conducted post evaluation training. In my organization, we conduct pre-test and post test to assess the learning effectiveness as well as after3-5 months we also conduct impact assessment at work place of employeess.
